Yoshida– Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Yoshida. We strive to provide high-quality ayurvedic products such as Ayubalm Regular, Ayurbalm Strong, Lip Balms, Aloe Vera Face Wash, Body Lotion, Pain Shield Oil, Rose Water, Ayur Inhalers, and other ayurvedic cosmetics & medicines.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, leaked, or defective product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or screenshot) is required

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that are opened or used

  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer

  • Free gifts, trial packs, or sample products

  • Products purchased during special clearance sales (if mentioned)


3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the product

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI

If the return is rejected due to violation of our return conditions, the item will be shipped back to you.


4. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, you can also request a free replacement if:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The wrong product was delivered

Replacements are shipped within 2–4 working days after approval.


5. Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled; you may request a return after delivery


6. Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is from our side (wrong item, damaged product), return shipping is free

  • If the customer chooses to return for personal reasons, return shipping charges may apply


7. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Order ID

  • Product photos (if damaged or incorrect)

  • Reason for return
